7 Severn

I am encouraged by those of you that are visiting and stopping by to view my posts. So, with that. I take time now, to tell a little of my story and journey towards 7 Severn.

For as long as I can remember and as mentioned in my first blog post “To Be Or Not To Be.” I’ve always thought that we should all be in a position to self assist with regards to our ailments. At the time, I didn’t know where those thoughts came from. Nor did I know what it entailed exactly. I just felt it was only right to be able to do so.

Likewise. I didn’t know where to go for help on such things. As at such a young age, I wasn’t aware that there was such a thing as Self-Help as it is known today. I had no words to describe it, as I didn’t know what “It” was.

And so, “It” stayed with me throughout my life. This was more as a curio at best. Until that is in 2006. Through a particular membership, the idea of creating my own business, for the betterment of society was born. It was within this membership in 2009, that I was further introduced to the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Otherwise known as “Tapping”. Now I had something to work with.

I knew from the start, that I would take professional study and qualify as a Practitioner in EFT in due course. If I could bring that into a business – even better.

Initially. Once I had it in my head to run my own business, I had so many ideas on what to include. If I wished the betterment of society. Then I wanted to include everything that would make for a better society. Very noble… Not very practical.

So I clearly needed it to be beneficial and achievable. Also. I am very attached to the number 7 and wanted this to feature within the business somehow.

My connection with Number 7: –

• I am a 7th Son;
• Born on the 7th Day;
• Of the 7th Month;
• In 1970;
• My Surname has 7 Letters (yes, I know:);
• I was born in an Ambulance, as it passed by a Public House called The 7 Stars;
• Born on a Tuesday, the only day of the week that has 7 Letters;

So, forgive me if I appear a little fixated.

Finally. I am now qualified in a small number of Self-Help Modalities. It was during my studies, that I came up with the name 7 Severn.

I will elaborate more on the chosen name and my up and coming services, over the course of the following weeks.
