Have you ever been so Moved by a particular situation or event in life. One that has left you feeling quite Touched, to such an extent that Stimulated you into taking action?
The Britannica Dictionary states: –
Moved
To affect the feelings of (someone).
To cause (someone) to feel an emotion and especially sadness or sympathy.
To cause (someone) to act or think in a specified way.
To cause (someone) to feel or think in a different way
To take action.
Touched
Having emotional feelings because you are grateful or pleased by what someone has done or said.
Stimulated
To make (something) more active.
To cause or encourage (something) to happen or develop.
To make (a person) excited or interested in something.
Ask yourself now.
Do any of those descriptions resonate with me?
Have I experienced any of this in my life?
Your answer will naturally be: “Yes! of course I have.” That is because we have all experienced such emotions at some point or other.
We’ve gone through so much in our lives and that’s OK. It’s also OK to look back and review where we’ve been once in awhile. We use those experiences to propel us forward into the person we become.
