Generally speaking, Meditation has differing meanings for everyone. It really depends on where you are, on your journey through life.
For instance. Some people are not even aware that meditation has already made an appearance in their lives. That is because there are many forms, or types, and in the midst of going about your day. You did what you needed to do in order to see you through the day or task at hand. It was no doubt, some form of a coping mechanism introduced, or one that naturally evolved in your life.
Hold that thought.
Others. Have a dedicated and planned daily practice where meditation is included. They know exactly what is involved, how long it will take, what the outcome is likely to be.
The focus with 7 Severn, lays at our emotional state and therefore, we concentrate on Mindfulness.
The recordings of Mindfulness Meditations are underway. There are 12 areas in total, listed below and will be announced on the website as they become available.

* Relaxation, Presence, Happiness and Acceptance.

I included a recording called “Ordinary Kindness”, at the end of the blog Lightening The Load.
If you were to listen to it and follow the instruction within. You would see that it is a very simple thing to do. There is nothing challenging about it. Simply pick a person and wish them to live with ease.
This is Meditation in it’s basic form. A concentrated state of being, over a given period of time.
Remember when I said “Hold that thought” earlier? Well here we are. There’s no real difference to your coping mechanism or the suggestion made in Ordinary Kindness. They all have a wish for betterment.
